Chris Hulls is the Co-founder of Life360 and Executive Chairman of its Board of Directors. He was also the CEO for nearly two decades, where he led Life360 from idea to category leader in family connection and safety, building a platform that now serves millions of families around the world.
In his role as Executive Chairman, Chris focuses on long-term vision, product innovation, and championing the company’s free member experience, a cornerstone of Life360’s growth and mission.
A U.S. Air Force veteran who served in Afghanistan, Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with Highest Honors from the University of California, Berkeley.
Lauren Antonoff is the CEO of Life360 (Nasdaq: LIF, ASX: 360), the leading platform for family safety and connection. She also joined Life360’s Board of Directors in August 2025. A product-first leader with deep operating experience, Lauren brings a strong track record of innovation, customer focus, execution, and growth at scale.
She joined Life360 in 2023 as Chief Operating Officer, overseeing global product, design, engineering, sales & marketing, and customer experience before being named CEO. Prior to Life360, Lauren served as President and SVP at GoDaddy, where she led its small business segment. She previously spent nearly 20 years at Microsoft, where she was instrumental in building and scaling some of the company's most successful products and businesses, including SharePoint and Office, and founded the Step Up Program to support the advancement of women in leadership.
Lauren also served on the Board and Compensation Committee of SurveyMonkey (then known as Momentive) through its acquisition by STG. She holds a B.A. in Rhetoric and Political Science from UC Berkeley.
Lauren uses Life360 to stay connected with her husband, adult daughter, and college-aged son. Her favorite feature is being able to keep tabs on the people, pets (including her cats and dog), and things she cares about most—all in one app.
Alex Haro is the Co-founder of Life360 and has served on the company’s Board of Directors since 2010. A serial entrepreneur and technologist, Alex is also the Co-founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Executive Chairman of Hubble Network Inc., a startup building the first global satellite network capable of communicating directly with standard Bluetooth devices—enabling connectivity anywhere on Earth, even without cellular coverage.
At Life360, Alex previously held several key leadership roles, including Chief Technology Officer and President, where he helped scale the platform from startup to global category leader. Prior to Life360, he worked at Orbited, an open-source project enabling real-time browser communication.
Alex studied Computer Science at Pomona College and Harvey Mudd College.
John Philip Coghlan has served on Life360’s Board of Directors since 2009 and spent over 16 years as Chairman. During his tenure, he guided the company through every major milestone—including its early growth, the ASX and U.S. IPOs, and the recent leadership transition of Chris Hulls becoming Executive Chairman and Lauren Antonoff becoming CEO. John continues to serve as a valued member of the Board.
A seasoned executive, John was formerly President and CEO of Visa USA and Vice Chairman of the Charles Schwab Corporation. He is widely recognized for his ability to coach, develop talent, and build purpose-driven leadership teams.
John holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Stanford University, a Master of Arts in Economics and Public Policy from Princeton University, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Brit Morin joined Life360’s Board of Directors in January 2018. A serial entrepreneur and venture capitalist, Brit is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Offline Ventures, an early stage venture fund and studio, where she invests in visionary founders building technology that positively impacts humanity.
She is also the Founder and former CEO of Brit + Co, a digital media and e-commerce company that reaches tens of millions of women globally each month. She also founded a company called BFF that exited in 2023.
Earlier in her career, Brit held product roles at both Google and Apple where she worked on iTunes, Google Maps, Google Search and YouTube/Google TV. She formerly served on the national board of the Girl Scouts of the USA. Brit is the host of More or Less, a podcast exploring the latest thinking across venture capital, tech and media. With 20 years of experience at the intersection of technology, media, and consumer products, Brit is passionate about building companies that drive creativity, connection, and real-world impact.
James Synge was one of the company’s earliest seed investors (2008) and has served on Life360’s Board of Directors since March 2019. He played a key role in Life360’s expansion into the Australian capital market, leading the ASX listing, and continues to support capital formation and investor engagement.
James is a Partner at Carthona Capital, a leading Australian venture capital firm focused on high-growth technology companies. Prior to co-founding Carthona, he held senior roles at Bankers Trust Australia, Deutsche Bank (Frankfurt), and UBS (Zurich), where he gained extensive experience across global financial markets.
James holds a Master of Taxation from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology, Sydney
Mark Goines joined Life360’s Board of Directors in April 2019 and serves as Lead Independent Non-Executive Director. In this role, he provides independent oversight and helps ensure best-in-class governance, partnering closely with the Executive Chair and CEO to assure strong board collaboration and strategic clarity for the company.
Mark brings decades of experience in executive leadership and board service. In addition to Life360, he holds seats on the boards of Candex, Human Interest, Bloom Credit, and Credit Interlink. He is particularly passionate about strategic leadership, board and management development, and delighting consumers with a long history of building some of the most enduring companies in their categories.
Prior to his work with boards, Mark has held senior leadership roles at highly innovative companies, including Vice Chairman and Chief Strategy Officer at Personal Capital, SVP and General Manager of the Consumer Division of Intuit (Quicken, Turbotax) and Vice President of New Products at Charles Schwab, where he helped shape and scale consumer-focused innovations, reshaping major sectors of financial services

Blending creativity, tech savvy, and a passion for helping families thrive in a connected world, Randi Zuckerberg joined Life360’s Board of Directors in January 2021. Through her company, Zuckerberg Media, she has developed award-winning content and experiences focused on digital literacy and safety.
A bestselling author of four books, Randi has also produced multiple television shows and theater productions. She hosts a weekly radio show on SiriusXM, "Randi Zuckerberg Means Business." Her work has earned significant recognition, including an Emmy nomination, two Tony Awards, a Drama Desk Award, and a Kidscreen Award.
Before founding her own company, Randi was an early employee at Facebook, where she is most recognized for creating Facebook Live, a feature now used by over two billion people globally. In a fun twist, Randi even starred on Broadway in 2014 in the popular 80s rock musical, Rock of Ages.
David Wiadrowski joined Life360’s Board of Directors in March 2019. He is a seasoned ASX-listed company director with extensive board experience across technology, media, and services sectors. His board experience spans major transformation initiatives, M&A, CEO selection, board renewal, and takeover defense along with deep governance and financial oversight expertise.
He currently serves on the boards of CAR Group, oOh!media, IPH Limited, and the nonprofit Cambodian Children’s Fund.
David spent more than 25 years as a senior Assurance Partner at PwC, where he led the firm’s National Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) practice for eight years and later served as Chief Operating Officer of PwC’s Assurance business.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales, is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants ANZ, and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Charles "CJ" Prober joined Life360’s Board of Directors in January 2022 and served as the company’s President from 2022 to 2023. He joined Life360 through the acquisition of Tile, Inc., where he was CEO and led the company’s growth as a leader in location-enabled consumer hardware.
CJ is currently the CEO and a member of the Board of Directors at NETGEAR, Inc., and brings deep experience scaling global consumer technology businesses. Prior to NETGEAR, he held senior leadership roles at GoPro and Electronic Arts, where he helped scale digital platform strategy and operations following the acquisition of BioWare / Pandemic.
Earlier in his career, CJ worked as a consultant at McKinsey & Company and practiced corporate law at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Manitoba and a Law degree from McGill University.
CJ is passionate about building high-performing teams and driving long-term success for both consumers and shareholders.
