Lauren Antonoff is the CEO of Life360 (Nasdaq: LIF, ASX: 360), the leading platform for family safety and connection. She also joined Life360’s Board of Directors in August 2025. A product-first leader with deep operating experience, Lauren brings a strong track record of innovation, customer focus, execution, and growth at scale.
She joined Life360 in 2023 as Chief Operating Officer, overseeing global product, design, engineering, sales & marketing, and customer experience before being named CEO. Prior to Life360, Lauren served as President and SVP at GoDaddy, where she led its small business segment. She previously spent nearly 20 years at Microsoft, where she was instrumental in building and scaling some of the company's most successful products and businesses, including SharePoint and Office, and founded the Step Up Program to support the advancement of women in leadership.
Lauren also served on the Board and Compensation Committee of SurveyMonkey (then known as Momentive) through its acquisition by STG. She holds a B.A. in Rhetoric and Political Science from UC Berkeley.
Lauren uses Life360 to stay connected with her husband, adult daughter, and college-aged son. Her favorite feature is being able to keep tabs on the people, pets (including her cats and dog), and things she cares about most—all in one app.
Russell Burke is the Chief Financial Officer of Life360, responsible for financial strategy, infrastructure, reporting, and investor relations. With deep experience across both U.S. and Australian markets, he has led finance teams at Sony Music, Weight Watchers, Mandalay Media, and Magic Leap, scaling global consumer and digital media companies through high-growth phases and operational transformation.
Russell holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Newcastle and is a Chartered Accountant (Australia/New Zealand).
Russell and his wife live on the East Coast and use Life360 to stay connected to their three girls–one at home, one at college and one pursuing her career on the West Coast–as they balance school, work and travel around the world. With two new drivers, his favorite features are the driving tools combined with place alerts, which give him peace of mind and connection when the whole family is on the move.
James Selby is the Chief Revenue Officer at Life360, responsible for driving growth across Subscriptions, Ads, and Devices. He previously served as the company’s Chief Product Officer, bringing a customer-centric mindset to product innovation and monetization.
Before joining Life360, James was VP and Head of Product at Tile, where he helped lead the company’s expansion into smart tracking devices and app-based services. He holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Business and Management from Oxford Brookes University.

Heather Houston is the Chief People Officer at Life360, leading People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Culture, and Workplace. With over 20 years of HR leadership experience in high-growth environments, Heather brings a proven track record of building strong teams and scaling company culture through periods of rapid transformation.
Prior to joining Life360, she served as VP of People at Mosaic, a solar fintech company, and as Head of HR at Five9, where she helped scale the company from 300 to 800 employees and supported its successful IPO. Heather holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Santa Clara University and an MBA in Strategic Management from Cal State University, East Bay.
Heather lives in the Bay Area with her husband and three children, with one daughter in high school and two sons in college. Her favorite Life360 feature is the weekly driver report, since she has three newish drivers in her family circle
Mike Zeman is the Chief Marketing Officer at Life360, where he’s responsible for leading business and brand growth, globally. With more than 20 years of marketing leadership experience, Mike has held senior roles at iconic consumer brands including Netflix, Google, and Square, driving scalable marketing programs that connect products to purpose.
Mike holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management & Entrepreneurship from Southern Illinois University. He also serves on the board of the Abby Meeske Foundation, a nonprofit that supports families affected by childhood leukemia.
Mike lives in the Bay Area with his wife, two daughters, and son, who’s off to college. His favorite Life360 feature is Low Battery Notifications—a small but powerful tool that gives him peace of mind knowing his kids can always reach him or his wife, whether they’re out late or just headed to soccer practice.
Justin Moore is the Chief Technology Officer at Life360, where he leads engineering strategy, infrastructure, and innovation across the company’s global platform. With over 15 years of experience scaling consumer technology, Justin has held engineering leadership roles at Lyft, Instagram, Facebook, and Foursquare, helping to grow consumer products used by billions around the world.
Throughout his career, Justin has built and led high-performing teams focused on product velocity, platform resilience, and technical excellence. At Life360, he’s focused on evolving the company’s technology stack to support rapid growth and deliver a seamless, reliable experience to families around the world.
Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Rochester. He lives in Austin, Texas, with his wife and two children. Matt Cullen is the General Counsel at Life360, leading the legal team and managing corporate governance, dual-market securities compliance, privacy, litigation, legislative and regulatory affairs, and commercial matters.
Prior to joining Life360, Matt served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Porch Group, where he was a key member of the executive team that drove a tenfold increase in revenue (achieving profitability for the first time in company history) and completed a successful billion-dollar IPO on Nasdaq as well as more than ten M&A transactions.
Matt holds a B.S.B.A. in Finance and International Business from Georgetown University and a J.D. from New York Law School. During law school, Matt clerked for District Judge Laura Taylor Swain in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
Matt lives in Seattle, WA, with his wife, daughter, and two pets. He loves that Life360 is digitizing “peace of mind” for families, and he looks forward to benefiting from all Life360 driving features once his daughter is a teenager.
